The Hospital
Carolina Pines Regional Medical Center in Hartsville, SC, is licensed by the State of South Carolina and accredited by The Joint Commission. The facilities on its campus include a 116-bed acute care hospital and an adjoining medical office building. Services include 24-hour emergency care, critical care services and comprehensive cardiac care including emergency intervention, diagnosis, advanced treatment and rehabilitation. Surgical services, labor and delivery, orthopedic service, neurologic care and geriatric medicine are also available as well as a comprehensive range of rehabilitation services that address both the mental and physical aspects of recovery. A wound care and sleep care center are also available.

From routine checkups to complex, state of the art surgery, Carolina Pines Regional Medical Center is the healthcare provider of choice in the region, which includes the counties of Darlington, Chesterfield, Lee and Marlboro. This hospital is partially owned by physicians.
