Pat Torrico Named Chief Nursing Officer at Saint Mary’s Regional Medical Center

Pat Torrico, RN, BSN, MSN, has been appointed Chief Nursing Officer for Saint Mary’s Regional Medical Center in Russellville, AR, effective January 14, according to Donnie Frederic, Chief Executive Officer.
With more than 25 years of experience, she brings a wealth of expertise to her new position. Torrico comes to Saint Mary’s from Wuesthoff Medical Center, a 298-bed acute care hospital in Rockledge, FL, where she has been serving as Interim Chief Nurse Executive. Prior to that, she was Chief Nurse Executive, Patient Care Services, for West Los Angeles Medical Center, a 305-bed not-for-profit community hospital. She has served in a variety of other nursing leadership roles, including chief nursing positions at Good Samaritan Medical Center in West Palm Beach, FL; South Fulton Medical Center in Macon, GA; Community Health Partners Medical Center in Lorain, OH; and Barberton Citizens Hospital in Barberton, OH.
Torrico earned her nursing diploma from Henry Ford Hospital School of Nursing in Detroit, MI, and a bachelor’s of science in nursing from University of Detroit Mercy. She completed a master’s of science in nursing from University of Phoenix, with a GPA of 3.95.
