NASHVILLE, TENN. (Oct. 9, 2013)—Health to You (H2U) has been named Capella Healthcare’s (Capella) wellness partner to offer services to Capella’s 5,000+ employees across six states. Through H2U, Capella will be implementing a state-of-the-art wellness program, including biometric health screenings, personal health assessments, and voluntary health coaching or Health Action Plan tracks. Employees will get the benefit of H2U’s health portal and extensive wellness content as they gain a better understanding of how lifestyle impacts health and how to improve their overall health and well-being.
