Franklin, TN – Capella Healthcare, Inc. announces the addition of Libba K. Estep, CPA, as Senior Director/Chief Financial Officer for Physician Operations, according to Mike Wiechart, Chief Operating Officer. Estep brings approximately 20 years of healthcare finance and physician practice management experience to the company.

Estep comes to Capella from Henderson Hutcherson & McCullough, PLLC, in Chattanooga where she has been Healthcare Advisory Services Senior Manager since 2006. Previously she worked with HCA Physician Services for 12 years, during which she held a number of positions in the Chattanooga Market, including Market Financial Director. Estep will focus on the fiscal operations of Capella Healthcare’s physician practices, working collaboratively with the physician, hospital leadership, and practice management to maximize clinic performance and growth. A Certified Public Accountant, Estep earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Tennessee Technological University.
